1. Eligibility

To use TradlyHub you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of our services is prohibited by law;
• Not have had a previous account terminated for breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tradlyhub.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Permitted Use

You may use TradlyHub solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform;
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or servers;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without our prior written consent;
• Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing content;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of TradlyHub require a paid subscription. By subscribing you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees at the rates in effect at the time of purchase;
• Provide valid payment information and keep it up to date;
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.

All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the TradlyHub platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and data — is the property of TradlyHUB L.T.D. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. User Content

By submitting content to the platform (posts, comments, trade data, etc.) you grant TradlyHUB L.T.D. a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradlyHUB L.T.D. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. See our Legal Notice for full details.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
